Ordered for our office, it's been very reliable. We've had it for about 6 months. In the office, we do a lot of printing, scanning and some faxing and the scanning and print quality is good. It does what we need it to do. The Ricoh service is also very good and is quick to resolve any problems we have with the device or network.

Poorly designed and jams often!
Worst printer for an office...jams weekly..poorly designed with the status screen directly in front of paper tray, finished print jobs hit the screen causing the machine to jam in several different places including the back of the machine. Prompts to locating the jam are not helpful and waste a lot of time.
