Computer Organization and Architecture 10th Edition

Its textbook for me and honestly it is bit difficult to follow. But here is the fun part, don't you have to know little bit about what you are reading at your Masters or PhD level? If you are bit rusty then get binary, gates or a cure for all "Tanenbaum" will do! I will not go to nuts and bolts because I don't write review that much and try to pay my debt finally. You will enjoy it if you want to learn it what you don't know already.

This book is accessible for beginners, but also suitable for more advanced students.

I don't plan on selling this book when I'm done with the class so it doesn't matter to me, but the book is marked really plainly as a rental edition and not for resale so I don't think selling it when you're done would be an option. Good book for anyone looking for a college sophomore or junior-level computer science book. It's definitely not a beginner's book.

It is a very good book. At an excellent price. I feel satisfied and happy.

The book itself is in great condition, no problems there.However, the material is impossible. The reading is dense, and it's difficult to even understand what the book is trying to teach. I get that computer structure and architecture are difficult topics, but this book does absolutely nothing to provide a strong basis for learning these topics. The questions after each chapter are completely impossible; you would expect for the questions to have something to do with the reading in the chapter - at the very least you should be able to go back and look through the chapter to search for relevant information or formulas - but they don't. As a senior year CS student, this book has been nothing but the bane of my existence and a waste of money.
