I have a whole new appreciation for pepper!
First, I had never heard of salted peppercorn. This flew across my radar purely by chance and I ordered it. Wow!!!! I had no idea of what I’ve been missing all my life! These peppercorns are salty little drops of peppery heat that explode in your mouth with a nice, satisfying crunch. These are exclusively for finishing a dish. If you cook with them they dry out, the salt washes away and you’re left with your standard, run of the mill pepper. I put these on every Asian dish I prepare these days, as well as use them for a finishing touch to ribeye steaks, and roasted or mashed veggies. These things are so delicious, I can (and do) it them right out of the container.

Very tasty! Different than regular black peppercorns, will be using in cambodian dishes and salads

Great peppercorns and a little goes a long way.
Use a few of these peppercorns on a green salad to really send it to the moon. Mixed green, Caesar or wedge of lettuce.
