Saw on internet will not move sugar at all and tested it. 1 for 1 measurement as sugar. Looks and texture of sugar also. Taste as good too. I use in my morning coffee. But sugar never bounced at all. Now if they made a creamer out of it haha. Creamer is extremely bad for sugar

This stuff is great! This sweetener has a superior taste to Stevia/Truvia and Monk Fruit and LOOKS like granulated sugar. It's a 1:1 replacement for table sugar. Since it comes in 1lb containers, I use it a bit sparingly (as a "treat"), but it's so worth it!

This is a great sugar alternative. Highly recommend, but it doesn’t go as far as sugar. If you like sweet coffee prepare to add about 4 scoops.

I've been using other sweeteners for several years, and then I heard about allulose. So I did a little research and saw that it has quite a few benefits, including providing sweetness without affecting blood sugar. It arrived today, so I thought I'd test it out with some coffee. It's very good. If I continue to like it this much, I'll probably switch to using allulose exclusively. This brand seems to be a good value for the money.

Purchase this brand as it came in a container. Other brands had damage to packaging, and I wanted to avoid this. I have found I need to use allulose in moderation to avoid tummy upset.

Heads up if you are looking for sugar substitute. I used in a drink mix to make a slushy and shortly after developed GI issues. I have used other sugar substitute before and did not have the GI issues.

Acceptable.

I like this sweetener very much! No nasty taste or after taste! It is sweet but ok for diabetes! I will continue to use this.
