I have the English version of this recipe book and decided to buy the Spanish version so my grandma could also read her native recipes. We love it! The photos are beautiful and aesthetically pleasing; we also enjoy how there are different measurements for each ingredient and how there are even recipes for each sauce in the back of the book--which ensures you will have the most home-made meal possible. I also appreciate how well organized it is, which makes it easier to find certain recipes. Overall, I highly recommend this book if you want to learn more about Peruvian cuisine!

Livre en espagnol indispensable sur la cuisine péruvienne. Beaucoup de recettes! Magnifique et très beau! Gaston Acurio, un des meilleurs chefs du monde. En plus le produit est arrivé hyper rapidement!

以前に新宿の書店で見かけたときに欲しかったのだが、手持ちが無く購入し損なった（翌日には売れていた）。タイトルも出版社もうろ覚えで注文できなかったが、たまたま、ここで掲載されているのを見かけて購入。洋書でもスペイン語であり、遠保からの出荷であったため、時間はかかったが、非常に満足している。掲載の料理は、単にエスニック料理と言うわけではなく、GASTRONOMIAのバイブル的レシピ本。GASTON　ACURIOの素晴らしいセンスも感じられる。是非、一読して欲しい。

La versione in spagnolo a dir il vero era quasi impossibile, da tutte le parti ea finita, e se lo volevo prendere dovevo affidarmi a siti sudamericani o aspettare il mio viaggio in Peru. Stavo perdendo le speranze e dopo 3 mesi di lunga attesa il libro era disponibile su amazon... Yeahhh... Stavo già per cedere alla versione in inglese e meno male è arrivato; molto sodisfatto del mio acquisto, consigliato in tutte le lingue.
