Cool MAKER GO GLAM Nail Stamper, Nail Studio with 5 Patterns to Decorate 125 Nails

My seven year old asked for this for her birthday after seeing it advertised online. I must admit that I didn’t have very high expectations - children and nail polish didn’t seem like a great idea, and I wondered if it would be a one hit wonder! But my daughter loves it. It’s simple to use, there’s no faffing to put it together, and although it’s messy the polish is so easy to clean up. The set consists of a zipped bag to keep everything tidy, two coloured polishes, a clear top coat, four stamper cartridges and the stamper. To operate the stamper, a cartridge is inserted into the back, the nail is placed on the stamping plate beneath the exposed tape, and the user has to quickly and sharply depress the top of the stamper in order for the tape to stick to the nail. We’ve found that the harder the stamper is pressed, the better the outcome, but it’s something that my daughter is able to do independently. A few things worth noting: 1. I was put off by a couple of reviews saying that the polish took a while to dry and that the stamps didn’t transfer. The polish itself isn’t standard nail polish (which won’t work with the stamper, by the way). The polish is designed to stay tacky - if it dries then the stamp won’t stick to the nail. We found that in warmer weather the five minutes wait time was too much and the polish had dried by the time we tried to stamp, so reduced the wait time. 2. The stamp tape is NOT sticky, like an adhesive tape. It transfers to the sticky surface of the nail. Again, if the nail polish is too dry, the transfer won’t stick. 3. It will work on nails of all sizes. My daughter is petite, with very narrow nail beds. Following the instructions, she is able to get the transfer to adhere to her nails without any problem. She has also done my nails with success. 4. The top coat is necessary! Without it, the polish remains tacky, meaning it will either peel off or every bit of fluff in the house will stick to it. This isn’t a salon manicure at the end of the day - it’s a kids toy. The polish is child friendly and will wash off the nail within a few days (we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic, so regular hand washing means we are getting two days max out of it). However, it means that if spilled it will clean up - trust me, I’ve had experience! It’s a great little kit for your budding beauticians!

Bought for my granddaughter, aged 6. She loved it. Comes with a sparkley bag to keep it all in. Very easy to use, the stampers fit quite well on her little nails. (FYI - You cannot use the stampers with normal varnish). It's a child's kit, suitable for a child and gives hours of fun...Dad's beware, you won't be left out - there's a look for you too! 😆

Daughter loved it but the stickers don't stick on very easily and sometimes gets scrunched up. Good fun though and different styles to choose from.

Bought this for my daughter. Comes with lots of various stamps but only 2 nail varnish. Would have been nice to have a couple more. Quick and easy to use.

It was a bit of a disappointment for my granddaughter who is eight as the stamp did come out on her nails, its ok if your nail are wider when i did it on mine it was ok so if you have little nails its not so good .

Interesting idea! The printer is of good quality. The cosmetic bag is large and bright. Packed well

Our granddaughter’s friends came over and they all used it. They loved it! Unfortunately they went through everything very quickly. Each of them brought 10 fingers.

I am giving this a 5 star rating for its easy use, good instructions, and final result but especially because of the enjoyment on the recipient’s face. As a special aunt to the recipient, I was thrilled to find a gift that was such a hit from the start! When asked at the end what she would rate it, she said a 4 but only because she was worried about needing more polish before the designs were used up and she would like another color or two. Otherwise she felt it was a 5. She was able to read the directions on her own. Although there were 4 generations watching her with this present, she needed minimal guidance as a first time user. She won’t need help next time. We started with squeals of excitement when she saw the box. She was familiar with this brand. (I will search their other products for gifts to other children in the family). She loved the bag and talked about how pretty it was. She would have been happy with only the bad! Next she checked the length of her nails using the diagram provided. She even checked to be sure she had all the parts! (This was unprompted; she must have had issues with other toys she has received). She expressed concerns that she might need refills of polish. She let her Mom paint her nails (blue) because “Mom does a better job”. Then she stamped her nails using two different design cartridges. It was easy to load and unload the cartridges. She loved the final product and can’t wait to use with her friends! Her mom loved it because it was a great toy and no batteries were needed. She plans to buy this for the birthdays of her daughter’s friends. I will definitely buy a few more for the holidays gift drives.

Meine Tochter hatte sich dieses Set unbedingt gewünscht. Doch ich bin nicht zufrieden. Die Handhabung ist sehr umständlich, der Stempel hält nicht richtig auf dem vorgesehenen Lack. Der Lackpinsel ist bei allen drei Flaschen aus dem Griff gewesen, was jedes Mal eine große Fummelei bedeutet.

This was the perfect gift for my niece, we had alot of fun doing our nails!
