Looking for crawl space storage solution for our home. Have never used or purchased products like this before. Could have used more helpful description of product size/weight capacity options and recommended accessories. Roller spacing will determine the number of rollers and this is not real clear in the description either. Packaging was okay, but the rollers were loose in the boxes and a few were damaged. Very satisfied with seller’s swift replacements shipped less than 24hrs from contacting them. Also if ordering more than one section of the gravity rollers, you may need to add the connecting hardware (not expensive).

Really nice for the money and works great. Mine had the C channel on one side bent perfect at 90 degree angles, but the other side wasn't bent far enough, which meant the legs were pointed outward at an angle. It took some muscle to get the legs bolted up and now the conveyor has one side tilted.Paint was good. Rollers are good. Came preassembled - Good.Sheet metal folks need to spend a little more time to make sure the bends are right!

I would recommend these to anyone! I ended up talking with them and buying 4 units that were 10' long for our ironworker in the shop. We are VERY pleased with the quality. I did have 4 rollers with issues, but the company sent out the 4 replacement rollers OVERNIGHT at no charge or hassle. Absolutely the best customer service I have came across in a long time.
