very poor quality
received pan with flimsy hinge that was missing screw on one side of the hinge. in-spite of this I gave the pan 1 try to see how the cooking would be. disappointed, tried with eggs and added oil to help. poor non stick surface really was not non stick. Overall a cheap pan that was compromised from the start- hinge- and not worth really anything to help with what it is advertised to do.used only once to flip eggs.

Cheap quality. Overpriced
I bought one years ago. It was time for a new one. The quality is no longer the same. Smaller, plastic handles that melt on a burner, after 3 uses food sticks.Would not recommend!!

I have never been able to make a nice-looking omelet - I have tried it once and it came out pretty good.

Wish someone made this with good non-stick material, it's a great concept!
The best concept ever! I need something I can flip an omelette easy instead of flipping it in the air and landing on the floor! I bought 4, not at one time. Each time I tried everything to get it to not stick! Nothing would work! The egg sticks to the pan using butter, oil or Pam! I even ''seasoned the pan'' with oil before using. I love the way it should work, but they used cheap material and everything sticks!
