The finishes are so crisp my coworkers though I took my uniforms to the cleaners. It just became cold one day in the midst of pressing. I went to work half pressed. I contacted American sewing supply and returned the iron for fixing. The iron pressed 2-3 uniform shirts and did the exact same thing again. I contacted them through email and no one responded. 3-4 weeks later, today I called and was told that there is a 1 month warranty for returning the iron no questions asked. Unfortunately I checked through my paperwork and there is not such written information. I see a 1 year warranty. The guy I spoke with was very tolerating of my verbalization of disgust and promised to check into the next step and communicate with me. I am keeping my phone close to see the outcome.
