Love this stuff on occasion. I ramp it up by using evaporated milk and cream cheese then I add a little water to get the consistency of sauce I prefer. Really, try adding cream cheese you'll be surprised the cheese taste more flavorful. I'd pair this with kielbasa or a sausage as the main then an applesauce for desert.

I keep a box or two of the Thick'n Creamy Kraft Mac and Cheese in my Subscribe and Save order EVERY month. I can't eat pasta, but two of my kids can and love THIS kind the most. Every month that box (or two!) come in the order, they're ready to eat it on the spot. I'm happy to let them make it now that they're old enough ;) and it always ends up just exactly how they hoped it would. And I love how that makes me feel as a mama, even for an hour or two.
