Hmm
I bought this product expecting something like a boost in energy ir muscle growth. It's just a blue drink. I take protien powders. This for me was pointless. I really don't know what I expected from it.

Absolute favorite. I use this pre and intra workout. Ive USN’s normal BCAA’s as well but this one is definitely a winner ! The apple flavor is nice and refreshing not too strong, bit sweet, but I love it
