Great for Turbo oil feed line
Good stuff for sure. My Turbo feed line (steel braided) melted internally and blew before I used this. Now I've driven the car thousands of miles without issue.

Worth the cost
I am thoroughly pleased with this heat shielding that I used on my classic car fuel line. Pros: High quality materials Works as described Easy to work with Looks good Cons: Needs to be available in bigger rolls

DEI 5/8 ID protective sled fits on 5/16 fuel hose
DEI 5/8” ID protective sleeve fits snug over 8x13mm hose or 5/16 fuel hose for a diy project on my bmw. The section of hose I was replacing had rotten out and the dealer/parts store were asking too much for that small section of hose that came insulated so therefore i searched up my next best option for heat protecting my own off the shelf fuel line. And it turned out great. Just be aware of the fiber glass fibers inside this shielding which can becomes messy rather annoyingly quickly if it’s your first time handling fiberglass. Be prepared, have gloves when handling this stuff. They give you a rubber like tape to seal off the ends from fraying also to prevent the loose fibers from creating any mess I decided to use marine heat shrink tubing that I had laying around and I must say I’m pleased with the outcome and will be soon doing the remaining part lines covering it with this stuff :)

Protects the air lines for my wastegates
This is perfect for protecting the air lines to my wastegate from melting. No more over boosting :)

Good thickness
I used this to wrap around my rubber break line o 63 Fairlane. The over axle bend from exhaust was a little to close for my comfort. I cut a 5" piece in half and zip tied around line. Outer material is rubber, good thickness. About month of use and going good.

Four Stars
HARD TO CUT, WITHOUT GETTING LITTLE BITS OF FIBERGLASS SPLINTERING OUT WHEN CUT. BUT IT DID THE JOB .

The stuff works...really well
WORKS. Used this on my built EJ257 sti. I was having fuel pressure drop issues and couldn’t figure it out for my life. Attempted everything in the book besides adding a surge tank. I wrapped my 3/8 custom fuel lines in this sleeve as my custom fuel lines were being heated up from my motor and headers. As soon as this was installed my fuel pressure was consistent as 45psi base. Stuff works, and it works well. My only grip is that the material is difficult to get into right spot because it STICKS TO EVERYTHING, but I would buy it again without a doubt.
