Excelent quality.
Wow these are a game changer when fishing for Alaskan Halibut. We have four of them in the boat. We just use motorcycle batteries to run them. I have 900 feet of 130lb spider wire on mine and the spool is only about 1/2 full. Love these things. Awesome product.

This won't work !!!!! Product is not US DAIWA TANACOM 1000.
To all my fellow Fisherman and woman I have never written a bad review, but this company takes the cake. This is not the United States version and if you want to use it to kite fish don't bother to buy this one. The level wind guide where the snap swivel goes through is not the same component as the US version and will not fit the standard kite snap swivel that needs to go through the guide. (Please review pictures.) I let the company know this and they basically told me, I would be responsible to make the change or repair and spend extra money. My advice would be not to deal with this company or product. Price hike and no improvement. $ 150 EXTRA. why?
It is not made for professional fishermen.you cannot use it on a daily basis. It just does not stand to harsh environment. But if you plan on using it occasionally like 6 times a year you got yourself a good reel.

I purchased this product and they was no manual or instructions in the packaging.
