is this game compatable with the 2ds game system?

Yes, it is, I bought it for a 2DS and it looks awesome way better than 3DS FIFA. The 3D feature is just with the 3 D camera, but you can’t really play like that, it’s very annoying.

What region set is this?

As far as I know there are no regions in 3DS games, but if there are this game is North America region

how do you play streetpass with pes2013 do you have to purchase one more pes2013?

Yes you have to have another 3ds system and another copy of the game itself
