Good solution for hard water
Very easy to install and very effective but make sure read the template or manual given with it

Definitely work but don’t work long enough
I have been using these folders for more than 5 years now and over the years the quality seems to be come down as they do soften the water in the first month but after that start to notice a reduction on quality of water. When I started using these back in 2017 they used to last for good 3 months + . So my verdict is product still works but it just does not work as long as used to.

Recently getting worse
I had been using this product for the last two years, and it has been fabulous. But for the last two refill, the water flow reduces upto 80% very soon. I had to change the refill after two months. I opened it and there was no dirt etc. The water flow is reducing even more.

Bad purchase
We ordered this refill thinking it works but when we verified that by testing the TDS of the filtered water, the number came out similar as the hard water which was around 350. We had this item for a year now but we trusted it and never verified. This time when we ordered the refill we were shocked when we got to know it does nothing. It’s a waste of money and will not be buying it again, this product is a marketing gimmick. Disappointing
