25 Ft. Receiver / Emitter Extension Cable

After using this extension cable for a month it still works great. This cord is the best value I have seen. Since I bought them they have worked flawlessly, and sound good. Though on my TV while using them you have to turn the volume way up because they do not operate the same as a speaker which does not bother me.

UPDATE: Soon after posting a review stating I was having trouble with my cord, a customer service agent contacted me offering help. After describing my problem, they offered to send me a replacement. I received it quickly and I am very happy to say that it works great. Granted, my original cord worked at first and then developed problems later, however, I'm not worried about any future problems, because I know that BAFX will honor their lifetime warranty. ORIGINAL POST: Worked at first, then after having used them a few times, I started having trouble with the female connector end. Now I have to not completely plug the two connectors together and fiddle and fiddle with the connection until I can get sound to come out of both sides of my headphones. I then have to remain perfectly still or go through the whole process again. They say the cord has a lifetime warranty, but I only got 30 days on Amazon, so when I went to complain, the 30 days was up of course, and the option to contact them was gone.

Set up to control two old-school components in stereo system. Now I don't have to run to the other room to turn down volume when the phone needs answering and I happen to have the walls shaking. Affordable, easy to set up, works great.

The ends on this are sturdy and the cable itself isn't too bendy. Should last a while.

Bought this to use and extend the rear IR Blaster port on my Motorola 3400 cable box from Comcast. Works flawlessly other than it needs to be unplugged to use the remote at the cable box instead of the remote sensor. Seems the cable box bypasses its front IR receiver when the rear extension port is occupied. Not a problem with the cable, obviously, but thought it was worth mentioning for those who might "dual-purpose" their cable box with extension cables. Later edit: Obvious fix is to use a Y at the IR port and plug a sensor at one of the splits and a sensor at the end of the 25 foot extension on the other split. Comcast gave me 4 or 5 sensors when I asked for one.

This IR repeater is awesome! It is extremely easy to set up and use. I have the eye right under my tv that is above the fire place and I put the controller in my closet at the back of the room where I have my component rack. (used BAFX Products - 25 Foot / Feet Stereo Headphone Extension Cable - 3.5MM M/F Jacks - Shielded to get it there) Plug and play! Great system for a great price. I am very happy with this purchase!

i have external extended (computer ) speakers for my tv so I don't blast the sound. my dog chewed through my existing extention jack and needed to replace the wire this came quick and am satisfied with the speed, price and the overall quality. since I have two in this order, I can use the other one in my motorhome for extended sound. sound wise, i'm using older computer speakers so that's the weak link in the sound quality. being deaf in one ear, I only need to hear the sound as quality has it'd drawbacks on my health hearing capabilities for sounds.

Super Fast shipping. Item arrived packed nicely and in perfect condition. Plugged it in as an extension from the TV/cable box to stereo headphones, ran the wire along the wall to behind the couch, and the cable and connection work perfectly! (I tried wireless in the past, but I prefer a good wired stereo headset without the worry about battery charging and static). No interference or other problems I've read about with other cables. I also bought a second cable for the garage stereo to speakers as well. Highly recommend!
