Works well with my VOIP phone connected to a router.

If you need a new landline (more people than you think still use them) this is a good choice. I purchased it to replace another brand that did not keep a charge well and I found that I had difficulty hearing. This phone answers those (pun intended.) The battery life is great and the sound quality is a vast improvement to what I struggled with previously. My sons have actually noticed that I do not need them to repeat themselves so much now. I was unsure about the need for the second line addition but I was wrong. Now I do not know how I did without it for so long. Great quality and connectivity. The handset weight is perfect. Large enough to see the number and call missed information, but comfortable enough to be able to use for even the longest call. I find I have an improved range for the phone. Allows for me to even use it on my front porch. Reasonable price. Easy to set up even for those not "tech savvy." This phone arrives quickly. The neutral color allows for a great look in my library/office as well as the living room where the second handset lives.

Phone looks and works great; although the only downside is that the weight of the base and phone itself is so light that it often falls off it's cradle and the base sometimes falls to the ground without much effort

Disappointed. These phones have large Keys but small unlit screen messages. I would have preferred large screen messages. So glancing at one of the handsets to see the time or any message info won't work. You must pick it up for the screen to light up to see the status of everything, messages, time, etc. The base flashes if there is a message but the other phones don't show anything unless you pick them up. My old Panasonic phones were more user friendly. When I'm home I don't carry my cell phone around and prefer getting nonurgent calls on my land line for certain types of business contacts. Will Keep the phones and hope for the best.

This phone system was well worth the wait. Set up was a snap. The directions were easy to follow. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no color code inside the battery compartment as indicated. I charged the phone for 16 hours. Each of the 3 phones were already registered. Both caller ID & the answering machine were set up & functional. Instructions setting up directory were easy to follow as were those of setting up individual ring tones on each of the 3 phones. A new message left on the answering machine was clearly audible. I enjoy using the speaker phone which comes through loud & clear. The lighted display on the white phone shows up as bright orange when placing a call & the key pad is large enough to be easily seen. I am well pleased with this phone's set up & performance. THIS PHONE OPERATES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE INTERNET & GOES THROUGH A MODEM-NOT WITH LANDLINE JACK. IF YOUR HOUSE HAS BEEN RECENTLY REWIRED, YOU WILL BE FINE. ALSO, YOU WILL NEED A DSL FILTER WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED NOR CAN ONE BE PURCHASED THROUGH AT&T. I PURCHASED A RCA DSL FILTER FROM BEST BUY. COMCAST WAS OF NO HELP WHEN CALLED TO INQUIRE IF THEY SUPPLIED A THEIR OWN FILTER. I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A DSL FILTER FROM AMAZON IF I HAD KNOWN THIS IN ADVANCE. OTHERWISE, I AM PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH INTERFERENCE WITH COMPUTER AS SPEED HAS REMAINED FAST. VOICES ON THE PHONE ARE LOUD & DISTNCT WITHOUT ECHO. NO PROBLEMS NOTED WITH OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVISES REQUIRING THE INTERNET DUE TO RECENT PHONE INSTALLATION.

Below is my initial rating shortly after purchasing this set, not totally satisfied, but at that time, semi satisfied, but the longer I use them, I'm finding them to be horrible. There are intermittent times where the background hissing and static are much worse than other times, and sometimes, weird screeching noises with someone else's conversation bleeding through, something I didn't think was supposed to happen with DECT 6.0 and has not with my other similar units. Also, the phone case itself is very flimsy. The cap to the battery compartment on the handsets come off easily, often have to go find where it came off and snap it back in. There are also times where I can hear my wired landline ring and this cordless either doesn't ring at all, or there is a few seconds pause before it rings, again something I've never had happen with my other cordless phones. I wish I had not bought this now. Always really liked AT&T products, but this set has really given me a sour taste in my mouth. Its not worth returning, even if it was still within the return period because of all the effort you have to go through to set it up and get it working, so I will just eat the cost, perhaps sell it at the local consignment shop when I find something better. Previous rating comments below: I replaced an old AT&T 3 set cordless phone set with this one. The old set was model 82318 which is no longer available and this set seems to be the closest replacement to it. AT&T phones are overall top notch, but I am finding these newer phones not as good as the older set. Comparisons: More background static and hissing, even when close to the base unit. Going only 30 or 40 feet away, you can still use it, but there is noise and patchy reception. The old set had useful features that this one does not, such as external buttons to control phone and ringer volume. With this, you need to navigate through the set up menu, so if you are talking to someone and want to turn the volume up or down, you cannot. The old set had external jacks so you could plug in a handsfree headset if you wanted, this one does not. When you press the keys on the new set, there is a delay before the tone is generated, and you can easily double dial a number because of that. The old set the buttons responded with an immediate tone, never had problems dialing. The old set came with belt clips which you could use if you wanted to, or remove them if not. Not included in this set. There are a few features on the new set that the old one didn't have such as date and time of day in the display, set by caller ID on incoming calls and keeping current time. Also, the old set did not show how much battery time you had left, this one has that. The backlight on the display is better on the new set. Since I was so happy with the older model and it lasted so many years, I assumed this would be equal or higher quality, but I was wrong. Had I known, I might have shopped around a little more and looked at other models and brands and their respective reviews.

Very bad experience since is bought we are not able to charge and use the phone. We tried buying various multi pins still charging is inconsistent most of times no charging. Amazon policy refusing to take back due to crossing 15 days. We buy based on the name of Amazon when we bought we had to go on our vacation after comeback seeing installation become failed operation also it crossed the refund threshold. We don't know what to do with the instrument. Moreover I got to know that this instrument works in 110 V and is compatible in UAE. Really frustrating
