Unique wane edge ambrosia maple salad bowl. Our salad bowls are all handmade from reclaimed or selectively harvested canadian maple. Trees are selected for rare ambrosia "finger spaulting" patterns. Each bowl is hand buffed with a combination of vegetable oil and bee's wax for a natural funcational finish. Use to serve both hot and cold foods including,garden salads,pasta salads,rice,steamed vegetables,breads,etc. The varied nature of the grain patterns and handmade processes cause no two bowls to be the same. Each bowl is unique and one of a kind.
