Honestly, this is the best thing I have ever bought. For the last couple of years I have suffered from back pain, especially when I wake up in the morning recently I decided to get another mattress to help with the back pain, but I still have the pain so before returning the mattress I purchased this item and it has made a world of a difference. honestly, I sleep like a baby, I do not toss and turn, I do not have back pain anymore. I wish I would have purchased this before buying a whole Other mattress. I recommend this item to anyone that suffers from back pain after waking up or tossing, and turning while sleeping if they sleep on their back or their side.

Wow! What a difference after a few days. The pillow has helped with lower back pain provided additional support for my back while sleeping. I’ve already told my family and friends about it and thinks it’s worth a shot to try. I’m keeping it.

Positives:- It helps a lot for back sleeping because it is not too thick. I purchased another back support pillow and unlike this one it was way too thick and uncomfortable.- It allows me to sleep on my side with no side of hip pain, both on top and bottom side. It works well in combination with a pillow between your knees. Until I got this pillow I couldn't sleep on my side.- It is wide enough so I can switch sides without needing to move the pillow around- It also is good for compensating for the sinkhole that old mattresses develop over timeNegatives (hence 4/5 stars):- It tends to flatten out the longer you rest on it. When sleeping on my back I still find I often suddenly wake up from back pain after the support goes away. You can just move the pillow around.- It doesn't have a removable, washable cover.Everyone's situation is different so you just have to experiment with different pillows, and although not perfect this is far better than nothing.

It’s a nope for me! I’ll start with the positive. The pillow is soft and feels nice to the touch. However, this pillow did absolutely nothing for back support. The ridge is not ridging! It’s uncomfortable to lay on top as a side sleeper and it gave me zero lower back support. I’ll be returning this.

I use this pillow under my knees when I am laying on my back. The slight angle is perfect for keeping my knees bent a bit which is more comfortable for me than having them straight. The fabric does tend to pill, but I just occasionally use my fabric shaver on it and it becomes smooth again.

It didn’t look like much when I took it out of the packaging. But when I lay down on it, it was amazing! The support I felt in my back was like nothing I’ve ever felt before and I’ve tried other pillows as well as pregnancy pillows, and this worked wonderfully for me.!

Sleep lumbar support pillow is great! Firm enough to not squish flat but soft too. It’s like arch support for my back. Waking up without pain in morning. I love it!
