These are a family favorite! They are a thin ginger crisp cookie coated with dark chocolate, they’re absolutely delicious!

I had these in Scotland recently, which were delicious. The batch I got tastes like a cleaning product. Smells too. Disappointed. I gave it a 3 as it arrived as stated and packed well.

Crunchy, coated in chocolate, just a little bite from the ginger.Mine arrived melted, but since they’re hard to get in the States, I sucked it up and threw them in the fridge for a couple hours. They stuck together, but that was just an excuse to eat 3 at a time.

I was seeking dark chocolate covered ginger biscuits after I had bought some from a local store in winter. I went online to find some when the store no longer had them. Said they were seasonal and I can see why. They took six weeks to come. By the time they did, the weather had warmed. Some of the chocolate had melted and the cookies were stuck together. But not to be defeated, I put them in the refrigerator and then managed to separate them. Kept the in the frig. after that. They were still delicious if not perfect looking.
