Best to use this with slim flat weights like performance power pro.Works as good as a normal kettle bell.Quick to change the weights by spinning the top off.Handle weighs 8.5kg and you can fit 4 x performance power pro 5kg to get 28.5kg.

Mis-Described. Crooked advertising
This is described as adjustable in weight up to 50lbs. Since the item weighs only 20lbs (9kg)that is impossible. It is far too light in weight to be useful for me. A waste of time
