Good build and the light are bright and you can see better.

Better than nothing, but not up to professional use.
Cheaply made(and feels it) compact otoscope with plastic lens. Light's good, and it is OK for (very) occasional use. However if you want a robust, usable professional piece of kit that feels (and is) robust, look elsewhere.

Good product supplied after first did not work
The first otoscope I ordered did not work -there was a poor connection with the batteries. I contacted the company and they have been very helpful and sent me a new otoscope which works perfectly. It works well and gives a good view of the ear canal. Very handy.
