No more strain on the neck and shoulder
Excellent quality and functional as advertised. Good material and well designed. Easy to use and very comfortable with the equipment weight well supported. No stress on my neck or shoulders.

Great for the camera and lens but not binoculars.
I believe the Cotton Carrier for one camera and lens is probably the best option. The camera sling I have been using swings back and forth when walking and I'd been keeping a hand on it to stabilize it. It also squeaked. The Cotton Carrier is stable, takes weight of the camera and 600mm lens off my neck and with it the camera is quick and easy to access with a backup safety strap. Their solution for binoculars is a worse than hanging them from my neck. A velcro strap holds the attachment for the carrier to the binoculars since most binoculars done have threads for a mounting screw like cameras. Although it has a safety staple it's not as secure as I'd like. It also messes with the ergonomics of the binoculars. Even the mounting pad uses velcro. Save yourself the extra expense and aggravation and don't get the binocular mount.

Amazing product for long days birding
I am coming back to write a review after 20 months. This harness has completely changed my birding travel, allowing me to do long days with strenuous hiking and a camera and binoculars. I noticed a minor stitching issue this week, and within 24 hours they sent me a replacement without even a proof of purchase receipt. Incredible service!!!

bien para el 200-600 pero igual usaria una correa, mejor seguridad y cansa mejor reposar con camara en mano, no utilizaria los arnes de seguridad del propio chaleco.

Really like the carrier for the camera, the binoculars, not so much
I bought this for my birding trip to Ecuador. I paid extra for the binocular harness, like $100 extra compared to just the cotton system for the camera. In my opinion, I do NOT think it's worth it. Your camera comes with this little mount that velcros around the binoculars. It then goes in this foldover binocular mount that slides over a strap on your waist. The first time I saw a bird I grabbed my binoculars and they would not come out. When I twisted the mount to get it out, the entire binocular mount on my waist moved and it was a struggle. When you are a birder and you see a new bird, you don't want to be wrestling with your binoculars to get them out of the mount. In addition - for the camera mount - I used this for 11 days in the Andes and around Quito in Ecuador. The twist and turn to release the camera was too much for me. I know it's there for safety to prevent your camera from sliding out, but what eventually happened is the screw holding the mount onto my camera came off. Thankfully I was with my camera when it happened and I was able to find all the pieces and thankfully someone on the trip came with a set to screw it back in for me. He said he tightened the mount super tight to my camera. Two to three days later - the mount fell off AGAIN. The whole act of twisting your camera in and out of the mount on your chest loosens the mount that is screwed onto your camera, causing it to be loose and fall off. I got to the point where I just setup the camera mount so it would not need to be twisted to get it off and on my harness and that made every difference in the world. I was able to pull the camera out in a split second and I was getting photos of birds no one else was. I sacrificed the safety of my camera in some cases because it wasn't twisted locked in, but I never fully bent over so the camera would come out anyhow, so I didn't feel like it was an issue. That said, the cotton system is by far the most COMFORTABLE system I've ever worn. I carry a Canon R5 camera and a Sigma 150-600 lens so it is heavy. I was able to wear the camera on myself using the cotton system and it was awesome. I told people over and over how comfortable it was. We walked long distances, through mud, up hills, into jungles and up inclines and this camera was much more comfortable than carrying my camera on a shoulder cross body strap that I used to use. When I adjusted the mount so I could pull the camera right now, it was also the easiest to get in position when I saw a bird. Overall, 1. I love the cotton harness system because it's super comfortable. I'm a plus size woman and it fit with a lot of extra room to spare. I could carry my camera for hours and it wasn't that bothersome. I don't like the twist and mount lock system at all because: 1. It's can be difficult to twist and unlock the camera when you need it. 2. The twisting causes the mount to loosen and eventually fall off. 3. If you do the twist and lock, bring all your tools in case it falls off and you need to put it back on. 4. Paying almost $80 more for the binocular mount was not worth it to me. I was not able to get the mount working well enough that I wasn't struggling with it to get it out. I need my binoculars NOW, not when I am done struggling with the mount to get it freed. I hope this helps. I traveled with this system for 11 days straight in Ecuador.

All serious photographers...get one now
I saw a guy with one of these in Alaska. This thing is nice. Security for your camera, two hands free, no worries. One click and camera locks in place, zoom lens also locked separately when mounted. I can’t identify a single downside.

Better than expected, extremely comfortable and distributes even large lenses easily on shoulders I would buy again !

It’s such a clever design & well built. Really wish I had invented this! Keeps the 500mmPF & 70-200 well balanced despite their weight. Had to take out their feet & attach the bases directly to the lens to prevent them from cantilevering. The lenses don’t really come in the way unless you are constantly watching your feet. Even then it’s not really a bother. When normally walking one watches about 3-5 feet ahead anyway. After a whole day of use, I didn’t develop any backache or neck pain The lenses on their cameras were very safe. Only thing is the provided raincoat could be better designed & the bases could be better designed to prevent them from twisting to an angle when attached to the lens. But overall a perfectly 5 star product. Very happy
