Our first coffee maker. It’s good, makes nice coffee, simple to use once you find out how. The instructions are useless, no help at all. Fortunately our daughter has the same machine, so she helped us. Overall a good buy.

First of all, for the cost, you get not only the machine but also six packs of assorted coffees which is a great starter kit. The coffees I had with mine were 2 x americano, 1 x flat white, 1 x latte macchiato, 1 x chococcino and 1 x cappuccino. However, the instructions received weren't in English and even though they had pictures, they weren't that easy to understand as I got it wrong initially. I didn't realise that you have to wait for the power light to turn green, instead, I'd hold it for a few seconds and then start it. Which would result in either cold coffee or the lever not working. At first, I thought it was faulty. I later on figured out that maybe I was doing it wrong so I tried other things. Leaving the light to turn green, make sure there's enough water in the container, select your pod, go by the level indicated on the individual pod as to the level of water the machine will dispense. Although I prefer to think of this level as a guide, and you can of course add more or less water as you like, just by adjusting the level. Once I got the hang of it, it's the easiest and quickest coffee maker I've had so far, and makes lovely coffees. Great purchase.

Love this Dolce gusto machine makes great coffee every time and there's plenty of delicious flavours to choose from I'm so glad I got it plus you get free coffee pods with this machine I recommend it...

A lovely wee kitchen gadget to have, we also use one in our guest house ! Easy to use and easy to keep clean, it all comes apart for cleaning and is easy to fit together again. There is some noise but no more than boiling a kettle. The sky's the limit when it comes to hot drinks and guest love it ! The colour blends in nicely being neutral and it looks great in the corner of our work tops. It has a good capacity and only needs filling after 4 or 5 drinks. There are no unpleasant smells and there are no spills. It's clean, neat and tidy and makes lovely drinks for us and our guests.

great little machine. Worth it cause there is extra boxes to try out different pods to see what you like best. Bought this for work and it is used 10x at least daily and still going strong after 4 months. really worth it. Plus, if you go online to Dolce Gusto website you can get a free pod recycling kit and you can recycle the pods. (I'm in the UK so not sure if this is everywhere).

Got it on prime days offer. Value for money and top quality machine. Very recommended for household. And there is always offers on coffee capsules so very practical

The coffee capsules were missing, the movable shelf where you put the cup was missing and the electrical plug was not EU standard. It was maybe UK? It was a used one, I think, but this was anyway a total failure!

Brillant new model coffee machine working perfectly! However, the pods that came with it are out of date on the 30th October 2024?! There's 6 boxes of coffee, which was a brillant deal to get but not when the coffee expires within 2 weeks?!
