LEGO Ninjago Cole Earth Driller (70502)

Bought this for my 10 year old son. He was able to put it together in about an hour. Lego includes a very understandable picture guide with how to assemble it which is so helpful. It comes with 2 minifigures, the black ninja and a swordsman. The drill part turns as you roll the machine. I did quite a bit of shopping comparisons and Amazon offers the best prices for Lego sets, even when other stores such as Target and Walmart offer them on sale. Thanks Amazon.

The front spins in two directions. It's really an awesome model. My 5 yr old son built it by himself so we know it's not that hard to build. It's a really neat set. I wish the back wheels where rubber too. I'm not a fan of the hard plastic wheels. They make too much noise.

I bought 2 of these sets for my kids. They liked them fine to build and play with for a little bit, but this set was not the huge hit I thought it would be. Take note that the current price is much too high for any Lego set of this size. Unless you're a completist that absolutely has to have this set, pass on it. A good standard for Lego set prices is ten to fifteen cents per piece unless it's choke full of minifigures or specialty made pieces.

They only last build after couple of months if you have a 4-5 year old. Make sure you keep your instructions booklets.

My son was (is??) a Ninjago fan, he loves the show so naturally when he found out about the Lego sets he had to have them all. Amazon made it affordable to buy all the sets for him, many of these sets are $5 - $15 less expensive on-line that going to a retail toy store -- then buying from a retail toy store means more $$$ spent on stuff that they really don't need He was able to put this one together himself, but sometimes the instructions are not entirely clear though if your son or daughter is a Lego maniac they probably will skip over the instructions and use the picture to make it. As with all Lego products, the age rating on the box is appropriate though someone younger might need some help with it. Once assembled the Lego Ninjago Cole Earth Driller works as there are moving parts on it... He has now displayed all his Ninjago creations in his room.

It is great set and price is according with size of final model, for my 6 year old son it is a excelent tool to improve his concentration

This is a great lego = addition to our collection. Great attention to detail. My son is always thrilled with his legos- this set is no exception. Great product- and cheapest on amazon! This set is a lot of fun for my son to play with.

As with all Lego's this set is made of the highest quality. As will all Lego's the pieces are interchangeable with other Lego sets for fun in building something other than the set itself. Great toy design. The drill will turn when the vehicle is pushed forward. Comes with 2 detailed minifigures and stickers to go on the driller vehicle.

Item would have been great, but several essential pieces were missing, including the front drill parts and cog wheels.
