Amazing!!
Love these bands so much! Great quality & comfort. They’re very durable & the resistance is insane! It comes with a high & light resistance but the light is still great! Sizes are good as well, feel like they’re standard.

Great Thera bands
These are great quality bands and exactly what I need to strengthen my knee post operatively. They don’t roll up and twist like some of the more flimsy ones and it’s great that you can progress with a more difficult stretch. I’m really pleased and would recommend.

Ben fatte e resistenti. Hanno una sacca vellutata resistente dove riporle e c'è il libretto dove riporta gli esercizi in inglese, ma anche le immagini dell'esercizio e dei muscoli che si attivano.
