I love this tool, it enabled me to turn the fake engine noise off on my last three Volkswagens (22 GTI, 24 GLI, and 24 GTI)and is able to access other functions in the car such as keeping the fog lights on permanently. Lots of functions and is able to read codes and more!

The OBDELEVEN starter edition is great and it comes with 100 free credits. I have used it to clear faults like the oil change fault. Previously when I did my own oil changes I would have to take it to the dealer for them to reset it and they charged $50 for that service. This item pays for itself after 2 oil changes. It’s also good to have to check your car to see if you have any issues, prior to inspection time. Here in Virginia we need our vehicles inspected yearly. If it doesn’t pass, you have to immediately get your car fixed or get a 30 day rejection sticker and have 30 days to get it fixed. With this tool, you can see if the mechanic diagnosed it correctly or if they are just trying to take your money. I use it on my 2016 VW GTI and it is amazing. I would recommend this to all VW owners. Great product.

Outstanding fault scanner. Pretty easy to use, just connect it to car and add to to your iPhone OB scanner application and done. A must have if you want to save money by scanning your vehicle for faults that could potentially hinder your vehicles’ performance. So with that said, you get to chose to either pay someone to do it for you or do it yourself. I found an air Leak on my Audi MAF (that was and easy fix for me do take care of) and also, a BAD Fuel cap (see picture) actuator problems that I’m fixing once I get the part. Money saver indeed.

I’ve had Audis for about 20yrs - all makes and models (currently a B8.5 S5). This is the easiest out of the box tool if you want some high level changes made. Easy to use, for sure. Gives you a lot of the convenience that you’d otherwise have to hack your way through with a more sophisticated tool. But it lacks one of the most important fixes - the Service interval reset. If you need more, go with the upgrade or spend the coin on RossTech.

Speaking as a newbie, this module was easy to install and simple to navigate. I needed it to clear a fault when I replaced the license plate lights to LEDs, but discovered more functions and uses for it, like scanning for faults and the one touch coding apps. I’ve been able to activate features that I was told were unavailable by the dealership. Also, the next time I take my car in for service, I will be a better informed client.

So many things about this I like and don’t. I’m giving a short review for the person who wants fast info Pros I was able to go through everything in my car. Engine, door, lights, trans, fuel, etc Programmed many different usable things that I couldn’t before. Cons Connection from the device to the app took a bit. Credit system isn’t the best. Account setup took a while.

First dongle worked fine the first time i used it but went to go back and use it a month later and would not connect to Bluetooth on my phone. Tried other phones and not luck. Spent weeks talking to customer support thinking they were going to replace via warranty but they did not and told me I had to return through amazon. Luckily amazon took the item back even though it was past the return period. Purchased this as the replacement dongle and it worked fine, no issues with it so far. My 2017 Golf GTI S has very limited support for apps for some reason compared to other years of the same model. I spent the extra money for the pro version with 100 credits but only ended up being able to use maybe 20 of them so that was a waste of money. Not as useful as i had hoped and considering all the hype around it, but then again not many other companies offering a one click solution to mod your car's ECU so you are kind of stuck with it unless you wanna code things manually.

J'ai reçu ce produit, et j'ai pu immédiatement l'essayer sur mon Arona, la connexion se fait parfaitement, une petite mise à jour du Dongle a eu lieu lors de la première utilisation, qui a durée moins d'une minute. Ensuite tout s'affiche dans l'application mobile (ou tablette pour ceux qui veulent, c'est au choix) et il vous est possible d'effectuer multitude de choses sur votre voiture. Je possède une licence pro qui me permet de faire du Codage Long, mais il y a aussi la possibilité d'activer ou désactiver des options avec les Apps One-click (Appuyer sur l'option que vous voulez, et c'est activer, ou inversement pour enlever des options …) qui vous couteront des crédits (qui coutent de l'argent réel dans la boutique en ligne) OU ALORS vous avez également la possibilité d'obtenir 5+1 Crédits gratuits quotidiennement lorsque vous lancez l'application tous les jours, et que vous regarder 5 publicités gratuites (le temps total de la manip est de moins de 5 minutes) Le produit est maintenu à jour, l'app est en français (depuis récemment, car tout n'est pas encore vraiment traduit dans les sous-menus, mais tout est compréhensible pour ceux qui parlent un peu anglais …) Je recommande vraiment ce produit, car je pense qu'il est une bonne alternative à un câble VCDS, ATTENTION JE PRÉCISE, pour ceux qui souhaitent faire des petites modifications sur leur véhicule sans avoir à toucher au codage long, mais évidemment, vous ne ferez pas non plus les actions les plus complexes que propose un vrai VCDS.

Me ha gustado mucho que puedes activar cosas ocultas que no te activan en concesionarios y además si eres manitas puedes reparar muchos fallos y por ejemplo en coches con frenos eléctricos puedes abrir tu mismo las pinzas 100% recomendable
