This brand was at the price point I was hoping to pay for a travel water flosser and I am beyond happy with the product! What sold me on this particular model/brand was that the water reservoir was larger and more ergonomic in my opinion and I appreciated that the whole top half removed from reservoir so it could air out and dry or be cleaned really easily. It definitely shoots out some powerful spray, so I started off at the medium power (I like that it has multiple power options) It is loud, but no louder than the WaterPik brand. I also appreciated all the accessories that came with it (travel pouch, case for the tips, tongue cleaner, charging accessories).

I was initially impressed but after the original charge and one recharge I find the unit will not accept another charge. When plugged in I simply get a flashing red light and the battery doesn't charge. Have contacted the manufacturer and am awaiting what resolution they offer. I do have a few days eligible for return but am holding off to see what the manufacturer has to say.The vendor listened to my experience and stepped up and replaced the product at no cost - and the replacement works well. I found the utility superior to a similar Water Pik item I discarded and replaced with this

This is my first water flosser and I had a bit of trouble the first time. Water went everywhere.... haha. The power is great and did clean between teeth very well. My con is the instructions don’t tell what floss tip to use for certain flossing techniques and the floss tip holder does not fit all tips. Made in Japan

It’s sort of big to fly with unless you have a checked bag. It’s pretty easy to use but a little hard to get in some spots because it’s not curved enough. I didn’t think the power was strong enough. And lastly, it would easily spray everywhere:(

It really gives excellent results. It is of very good quality and if you have braces it makes cleaning much easier. Buy it without hesitation, it has an affordable price and the product is good. I love it, Anjou is a quality brand ❤️

Very powerful. Hard to use without making a huge mess. I bought this because my son hates traditional flossing. Maybe I'm using it wrong? We just tested it out and the water splashed off of my teeth, all over my glasses, all over my mirror, and all over my shirt.

I've been wanting to get a water pic for a few years and I finally took the plunge! This is an awesome device. So much easier than flossing. It take a bit of getting used to if you never used one before (I hadn't), but I'm glad I bought this. No issues with operating or quality. So far, so good!!

I didn’t like the fact that I ordered the black and they sent blue but other that that I’m pleased with my purchase.
