Tenba 2in Low-Profile Shoulder Strap (636-232)

I bought this from another site and you might be wondering what this shoulder pad has to do with vinyl chairs. Well I have been using this for the past two months with a Temba DNA 8 messenger bag. I recently got this really nice vinyl chair that I sometimes use to put the bag on. This past weekend, I got home Friday night and left the bag on the chair with the pad beneath the bag with the silicon grip side facing the seat of the chair. When I was going to work on Monday, I noticed the dots that transferred from the silicon pad to the surface of my vinyl chair.I didn't think much of this when I left because I figure it would be easy to clean off, but this proved wrong. I started with just water and then Windex and then rubbing alcohol in various percentages and that didn't work. So I got some acetone nail polish remover and it took off some of the vinyl but the black transfer from the silicon pads was still there.Not sure what caused this, but it pretty much screwed up my $100 dollar chair. I'm gonna see if I can get a new seat cushion for the chair. Had I known earlier, I would never have put this on the chair. Anyone have other ideas on how to remove this, I am willing to try other potential solutions.

Had purchased this to resolve a problem I had with one of the straps of my shoulder bag constantly falling off my shoulder.Positive- This did the job of keeping the straps together and the pad stays closed.Negative- The pad does not hold firmly to the straps so it can slid or turn. I usually adjust before putting the shoulder bag on.

If you own a Tenba camera bag you are familiar with this strap. I bought an extra one to pad my handbag strap as it digs into my shoulder and cuts off the circulation. It seems stiff when you have something weighty on the pad it bends and help keep you comfortable. The color is neutral so it goes with pretty much everything.

Love the padding, looks slick on bag, and the grip is really good on shoulders

So far the strap is working fine. The extra 1/2 inch of width over the original and otherwise identical Tenba strap makes a surprising difference when you are carrying a full frame camera with lenses.

Very comfortable and accessible strap due to the foldover hook and loop fastener flap on top. Nice size for heavy purses. Make sure to measure your strap width on your item at home to get a proper fit for the strap width before ordering.

Good grip, but a little bulky.

Purchased this item for my camera bag that has a relatively thin strap. Works perfectly to cushion the strap and does not slip off my shoulder.

Für meine beiden kleinen Domke-Taschen, die für die DSLM-Ausrüstung gedacht sind (F-10 JD medium und F-5X) und mit 3,8cm breiten Gurten ohne Schulterpolster ausgerüstet sind paßt dieses Low-profile-Schulterpolster haargenau und erleichtert vor allem längeres Tragen spürbar (der von Domke als Tragehilfe angebotene Briefträgerkeil ist für diese kleinen Taschen eindeutig überdimensioniert und ausschließlich für das Tragen auf einer Schulter geeignet). Das Polster aus schwarzem Gewebe läßt sich mittels Klettverschluß um den Tragriemen der Tasche legen. Auf der Unterseite verhindern Gummipunkte das Abrutschen, wenn die Tasche lediglich auf einer Schulter getragen wird. M.W. ist dieses schmale Schulterpolster das einzige, das es in dieser Breite gibt. Für breitere Gurte als 3,8cm gibt es ein entsprechendes breiteres Schulterpolster von Tenba, aber auch von zahlreichen anderen Herstellern.
