The battery worked fine, but long part of my time I spent at Hderabad, and when I returned Battery works fine despite its long not use condition

Received damaged product. See attached pictures. Only good part (1) Received product early, (2) Received warranty card with product and (3) Amazon refunded money.

NO VALID WARRANTY CARD
The reason for the low ratings is as the battery has stopped working in in my vehicle through either its fault the vehicle but the fact that this product was purchased online and the warranty card was not stamped nor signed the dealers of amaron refuse to accept my battery under warranty nor even service the battery. i would like to know any assistance that could be provided.
