I bought a hoverboard as a gift for my 10-year-old son after he saw it at a friend's place and begged for one himself. It's easy to charge and straightforward to use—the interface is simple, making it ready to roll right away. It even has a Bluetooth speaker feature, which my son absolutely loves. He enjoys connecting it to play music while riding. The only downside is that the music stops if my phone, which connects it, gets too far from him. It wouldn't be an issue if my son carried the phone while riding. Overall, it's been a hit!

This hoverboard was a gift, and even tho we didn't keep it, we go use it!!! It's loved by nearly 5 family households now, and has held up WELL. we previously had one where the weight limit was VERY precise and someone a couple lbs over, literally killed that hoverboard for good. My husband can carry my toddler kn this one and they are a couple lbs over combined. And it never affected the working or the speed in any way! Very pleased with this product!

This is the 2nd hoverboard (2nd brand) we have ordered off of amazon... the first after waiting FOREVER due to covid .. the battery was bad & never even was turned on..... so decided to pay a little more & read all the reviews & got this one! Shipping was prolonged due to covid... We finally got it & the box has obviously already been opened & taped shut... which at this point my 6 yr old who saved money & bought it has been waiting so I opened it, you could def. tell it had been used & returned but plugged it in charged it up( which only took maybe 1 1/2 hr.... she rode it for about 1hr- 1hr & 1/2 & it started beeping is extremely hot & wont turn back on... checked off it needed to be charged... nope the light on charger is still green... so we are thinking it just got hot😳! But we reset it... & it was it was great!

No app so no 3 stage (beginner, intermediate, advanced) like advertised, which was a major reason I chose this model. You have to unplug it to see if it fully charged or not, otherwise it will always show orange battery indicator which turns off so you have to power it on just to see the 3 orange bars LED which isn't the Battery life. Unplug it to determine battery life. Major Inconvenience. It's moving on it's own. Followed the instructions to recalibrate it to stop it from moving with no one standing on it but it's obviously not the correct instructions. Other than that it works well, looks great, Bluetooth works great. Fairly easy to learn for my 8 yr old. Would purchase again.

Do not purchase any products from Hover-1. The worst customer service and warranty I have encountered in a very long time. My 13 year old daughter has used this hoverboard normally indoors for just shy of 3 months. In fact, the hoverboard has never been outdoors. The last time she rode it the case underneath the left footrest started buckling. She was riding it normally. Did not crash or hit anything. The case just spontaneously cracked and buckled. Now it will not support any weight on the left side. The hoverboard is still under the 90 day manufacturer's warranty, so I contacted Hover-1 to make a warranty claim. They inform me that physical failure of the case is not covered under warranty. Even though the hoverboard was being used as designed, was not overloaded, and the case clearly failed because of a manufacturer's defect in the case, they will not even offer to repair the hoverboard. This company clearly does not stand behind their products. More concerning is that if this had ocurred outdoors my daughter could have been seriously injured.

Purchased this for my granddaughter but mom was on it just as much. They loved it. Took about 5 minutes to figure out how to stay safe but once they did - off they were. It can go very fast. Have to buy another one for my daughter. It was the hit of this Christmas. Thank you Hover-1.

The hoverboard is very hard to get on when you first buy it. Make sure you have all the pads on before getting on it. I almost returned it, but am glad I persevered. I learned to stand on it in the hallway. Once I did that, things got easier. It's fun now. I would recommend adding a safety feature that only allows the board to move when both feet are on the board. It wants to zip out when you are trying to mount.

Got our 9 year old daughter one the rose gold one for her birthday in March. She picked it up very easy and fast. It is sturdy and durable. The battery life seems good, has never died or seemed low at any point. 5 star product from what we’ve seen in 1 month.
