The cotton lining.
The quality is very good. I purchased this Skirt for my 14 year old daughter for Independence Day function. She got lots of compliments. The skirt is very comfortable .The Lining is of cotton material so no itching. The size and the colour is perfect as shown on site. As you can see my daughter style this skirt for her function and it is very perfectly going with the vibe of Independence Day.
