Moisturizing and soothing
Great shampoo. Resolved my scalp issue of suspected folliculitis in just a few uses. The conditioner has a light rose scent that doesn't overpower during or after use and makes my hair nicely soft and smooth without weighing it down. That's a plus as I have now very fine gray hair.

It really works
I have terrible dry scalp and hair. This shampoo and conditioner works great.I am no longer scratching my scalp.I can feel that my scalp isn't so dry. My hair feels softer too.

Great product
For years, I've tried many brands of shampoo and conditioner for itchy scalp. This is by far the most effective one. My quest is over.

Great Products and Pleasant Scents
My scalp became extremely itchy and dry from the change in weather and needed something quick that I could try to relieve the symptoms. My scalp immediately felt better after I finished using the shampoo and conditioner. They worked wonderfully for me. I love Dove products in general and am happy to know that these didn’t disappoint. I loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner, however, the scents from both could easily be overwhelming for some people, so be aware of that when trying these products.I took away a star because of the packaging. The shampoo leaked during transit. There needs to be a plastic protective cap that requires breaking (think of a water bottle cap) so that the bottle can’t be accidentally opened when in transit, or some alternative method.

Best shampoo and conditioner for itchy dry scalp

Thought would be great, but had reaction
5 for scent and feel - smells much better than most dry scalp or dandruff shampoo, & thick & moisturizing. Also $16 for decent size of both shampoo & conditioner is not bad. The reason for the 3 is that I had to toss the set in the trash after one usage because I had an allergic reaction (eyes burning & tearing up). This is even stranger because I have no problem with Dove shower gel. Anyway, if you're not prone to allergies (which normally I'm not, but...) then this may be a good choice. However, beware if you do have allergies or are otherwise sensitive to personal care products.
