Exercise Bands.
Very good, anchoring was a problem as my door is not accessible, but really good value. Regards Terence Marsh

Amazing
That's an amazing bit of kit to start working out in the house.I tried to use dumbbells, but it was somewhat noisy. With this it's nice and quiet. The range of resistance is great and you can increase the difficulty slowly. It comes with handles, ankle straps and a bit that stops on the door. You can train all the muscles with only this which is great for beginners.

Quite good, between 3 and 4 stars
These are convenient for travel, but for home use, some applications are very useful and others like curls, I would much rather use dumbells. There isn't as much stretch as you would like when using them for bicep curls, the reason being to get the handles sitting with no slack with the arms down holding the handles, there is a long distance between the handle grip and the start of the elastic cable. So that means, standing somewhat widely, there isn't much actual length of cable that can stretch when doing a curl, so you can't really do a full curl. If this was the other type of resistance band where you hold the end or wrap it around your fist like a theraband, then you would have another 6" or so of elasticating length, so you would be able to do a full curl. So it's a design issue. You can work the biceps with a standing/seated row using the door as an anchor point however.Another thing that irks me is that the Chinese marketing ppl don't understand the colours of the rainbow! Lightest is yellow, then comes turquoise, then orange...hold on!!! Anything blue is at the other end of the spectrum with yellow in the middle, so turquoise should be the lighest one. This is not rocket science. Every such product on the market has the same basic colour problem where they use multiple colours, the excepts are where they go for lighter and darker shades of the same colour and evidently no one is foolish enough to mess that up.

Basic Tube Resistance Bands
I found these to be...... O.K but after using them for a short time, I've ended up buying other bands that I feel a lot more confident using.I use resistance bands as a 'warm up' before training with sandbags, so they're not pushed to the limit of their 'useability', but I'm afraid these reached that point fairly quickly. These tube bands are very similar (but a lot longer, and minus the hooks) to 'bungee straps' that are used to secure stuff. What I didn't particularly like, (but I kind of get the reasoning behind it) is the hard plastic covering part of each length of band. These are meant to protect the bit of band you stand on while exercising, but I found them to be a nuisance, as the plastic used is stiff, it distorts the band, and reduces the effectiveness of the 'stretch'.I found the best way around this problem was to carefully cut off the plastic, and replace it with a length of velcro neoprene.Cheap as chips, protects the band, and helps to prevent the bands getting tangled too much! The other thing that I didn't really like was the black plastic cover on each end of the bands to 'protect' them where the loops to clip on handles are formed. These things just slide off, and as such are pointless.

Good product
These are a good quality item, they are also robust. My only observation is that they are very long better suited to being used for exercises where they use the door frame than using them in any other way.

Sturdy and well made
Great for assisted pull ups, been using them for months and they haven't broken yet
