Securities Regulation (Gilbert Law Summaries) 7th Edition

I got an A in Securities Regulation thanks to this book. And I only started using this book days before my final. It covered everything from mutual funds to the 1933 Act. The book is thorough, but not too dense.

Very complete

I was very pleased with this supplement and was able to catch-up in my class very quickly. It provides everything you need to do to do well in a law school class.This is not an outdated version as one other review claims (you, however, should check)
