Great product and superb seller
After contact with the seller, there was a logical explanation as to why the order took long (transatlantic shipping). The time lag was outside of their control. In spite of the shipping time being beyond their control, their remedy and communication was more than outstanding. If there were SIX stars, I would give it to them. I will look for products sold by this company and preferably, readily use BuyParts, Ltd. As far as the bags are concerned, I have not owned my vacuum floor sweeper that long, but so far I love it. I only buy genuine replacement parts, and it is a great bonus when you can obtain them at a competitive price. I would purchase a Miele product again and look for BuyParts, Ltd as the seller; a perfect combination.
