Amazon ground cinnamon is flavorful and a great value. The grains of the powder are not clumped together. It adds the perfect flavor punch to coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and desserts. It’s your basic cinnamon
This is fine cinnamon. Sealed, good amount and smells great. Tastes great. For reference this is Indonesian cinnamon which doesn’t have all the health benefits of “cinnamon” that you hear about. You need Ceylon cinnamon for that.

Great quality product
This is perfect for all my baking needs. I used it on my sweet potato and it was wonderful. The price is lower than name brands but the quality is not. I will be buying again.

Genuinely impressed by the exceptional quality and quantity you get for Amazon brand cinnamon. It is perfect size shaker that holds more than 2 oz of good quality amazon. Taste and Texture is very fine and smooth exactly what you expect in high quality Cinnamon BUT AT THE FRACTURE OF THAT PRICE. Cinnamon is a very versatile spice that adds flavor and spiciness without added sugar. It is extremely versatile -- works in sweet dishes (baking, desserts), savory dishes (curries, stews), beverages (coffee, chai), and even some meat preparations. I love adding a dash of cinnamon to my morning coffee and the smell is heavenly (in my opinion of course). In terms of Spiciness, it is certainly Mild, earthy warmth with no bitterness (Ceylon Cinnamon is slightly more bitter and less sweet in my opinion)... highly recommend.
