I have my gallbladder out and I kept seeing everywhere that I should be taking supplements since I no longer had one. I was skeptical and even asked my pcp (no longer my pcp) if I should be taking anything. She told me no because she had hers out and had no symptoms. I always felt bloated and my heart burn got super crazy bad. So on a whim I tried this along with ox bile and soon my stomach started to feel better and my heartburn went away.i can honestly say this is the 3rd time I've ordered this and I cant imagine not taking it anymore. I just take it at night after my supper with with and I feel just fine. I would definitely recommend it if you dont have any allergens to the ingredients. This for me at least was a huge game changer.

I'm giving this four starts only because of the smell of the pill. I'm sure it can't be avoided due to the ingredients, but it does cause me to gag a little. The pill itself is large, but again that's because of the packed capsule as you're only taking one pill. I will repurchase only because it's been helping my gut, and I only need to take one pull, whereas for other brands, you need to take multiple. I've not had any adjustment side affects, just good results.

I bought this 3 times before I realized the "B" in the probiotics description stands for Bacillus, which is the keyword that identifies SBO's or soil-based organisms. They have risen to popularity because they are able to pass through the strong stomach acids and reach the lower intestines more easily than standard probiotics (all of which do eventually reach the lower intestine to some degree). The problem is these are not the same as the probiotics in fruit and vegetables that are natural to the human digestive system. In fact, they do not naturalize into our system but create their own biome and can create things like IBS and even exhibit as arthritic-like symptoms. I've studied diet and nutrition for some time and about a year ago I was taught about SBOs. They are what a human might digest in a natural habitat eating fruits and plants grown in soil but at a much lower dose. I see that some people feel they work wonders; however if you experience cramping, inability to lose weight, fatigue in the a.m. and muscle weakness this could be the SBOs. They are not dangerous per se but they have been used for a very short amount of time as a human probiotic and have risen to undue fame because they are cheap to make and don't need to be refrigerated. And someone with a compromised immune system should avoid these because it's the imbalance in the natural biosphere that is causing the auto-immune response, in part, and SBOs will just exacerbate that. And is probably why the label says 3 times to not exceed the recommended dosage. Everything about this product would be ideal except the string of Bacillus used. Very disappointing for such a amazing-sounding product.

These vitamins WORK!!!!! I am 73yrs old & finally vitamins that contain what the say, deliver to my system properly and efficiently and the proper amounts. The manufacturing processes is done correctly so as to make these beneficial to your health! I highly recommend to not only women but my husband grandson son in law he'll the whole damn family is now taking.

Unbelievably helpful for my crazy guts. I’ve been suffering badly for a year with no identified cause (although I think I have SIBO/dysbiosis). I’d made some headway with some symptoms but the relentless exploding gas was insane. I couldn’t eat anything past 3pm without things kicking off inside. Initially it seemed made worse by bread, then any carbs, and then any food at all - even just a salad. These started working straightaway. I still keep waiting for the explosions to happen but they don’t. After a couple of days I even experimented with hummus and pickled onion (severe no-go foods) with only the payback a normal person might expect to deal with. I won’t be without them now.
