I've had a PS4 since launch and can see a major improvement in visual quality with the pro model. Well worth the purchase.

Beware, the unit I received was not new. The game was covered with dust and the console had fingerprints all over it. Additionally, the optical drive made a grinding sound every time it spun up. Be careful

The console quality was good, but the box was all damaged. I'm very disappointed since I bought it as a gift

PlayStation 4 1tb pro console don't get any better than this. I'm talking extreme power and reliability. girls come over and they see that one terabyte pro and they know they're in for a great night. They know I don't play games. This console is got me laid several times

Exactly as advertised / expected. It even arrived a day early which absolutely thrilled my seven year old. I’d buy here again.

Does what a PS4 Pro should. Though I replaced the stock drive with a Samsung 860 Pro SSD day 1. Took less than 10 mins and Sony even provides the file needed to do a new drive replacement with. Crazy. The system as a whole not as good as I thought it would be, even as a "Pro" model. You can tell they have to really degrade the quality to get the 4K to run smoothly, as noted in horrible shadow, textures, lighting and anti-aliasing qualities in many games. Though I am spoiled by high end PC's, but this will get the job done for lazy days wanting to lay in bed and do some gaming.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Love it so much more than the ps4. The vr bundle makes this a total entertainment package in a beautiful (and both on sale) console that looks great under the new Sony tv bought for the speed and picture quality.

Good device my son and my husband are playing New games My son plays paw patrol's game and he enjoys it very much I also like the parental control feature that allows me to control the time, I wish I can just control my husband's play time 😂

Very satisfied with this product. I've owned an XB One for 6 years, and i'm still using it. I have many friends using a PS4 and i have never owned one, so with the Black Friday deals i decided to give it a go. Overall i'm satisfied with it, only drawback that i noticed was the controller for some reasons gave me hand cramps the first few days, maybe due to the fact that i'm used to Xbox controller for so many years. After a few days, it was gone. Also, the battery lifetime is shorter than XB1 battery, but i don't really mind, i can work with it and recharge it when i'm done playing. Some features that Xbox doesn't have, such as Share play, you can invite friends to try out a game with you for one hour, even if he or she doesn't own the game. You need to be a PS plus member and have good internet connection in order to do this but still a neat feature. If you don't own a PS4, i would recommend this one(PRO), as the specs are a bit better than the slim version, you can enjoy 4k gaming with selected games. If you already own a PS4, i wouldn't say that it's a major upgrade. Shipping was quick and efficient, box wasn't scratched or dented, included game works well and came sealed in original case. A+

Was given a PS2 power cable and the controller USB cable didn’t fully connect just sad. Clearly didn’t check the cables before shipping.
