does the green light have two different heat levels? I got one yesterday, however, when I turn light on, there only the green light full on.

The USA version of Stop X was specifically designed in accordance to the US FDA regulations and instructions and thus is a bit different from the International version of the product and have only one energy level. In terms of performance, efficacy and technology the two products are identical.

Why does it take 20 minutes for my orange light to come on? i am using slow circular motions and small amount for the tripollar gel.

Hi there, The Orange light comes on when the skin is at an optimal temperature. From person to person it can take longer to reach this temperature but the device should still be effective once you reach this stage. I hope this helps!
