It's works better than the hi dollar one

After seeing so many negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to see a quality made product which was very sturdy and heavy duty. So I don't understand why anyone would complain about a tool this well made and for such a low price. If it had a fancy brand name on it, it would cost you 4X as much

Package arrived on time. Metric wire cross sections are not the same as US wire gauges. Thus one that was close to AWG #2 gage wire I was crimping did not make a rigid connection. I had to go to next smaller metric wire size. I was to small but provided a tight lug crimp. But crimp was not pretty, good thing it ended up under shrink wrap tubing.Also it was very difficult squeeze handles together working with a larger lug like AWG #2. Had to put whole body weight it to get it to close. It did close and it took my 200+ weight with out a problem. Well made.

only used it on #6 wire and it got the job done. Heavier crimps you will needed a power boost becasue the handles are not longer enough to do the big stuff easy.

Solid tool that crimps multiple size wires well.

Complete junk for 1/0 AWG. The die for 1/0 is way too loose, the 1 is also loose when used on 1/0, and the 2 die is also not able to create a solid crimp. Don’t waste your money.

The only fault I have with it ,the crimping dies are in metric and not AWG ,so you need to keep some kind of conversion chart.This too is built like a tank for the money.

My only gripe is the sizes are metic only. Other than that great tool for home use.
