No it is straight Calcium Citrate.

Is it 150mg elemental calcium or is that the total calcium?

This company Pure Encapsulations reply brought out that it uses the elemental amount on its labels so yes . Elemental calcium is the actual amount in each of their capsules which is 150 mg per capsule, two capsules equaling a 300 mg dose.

So if you’re in your 60s, you may need to take as many capsules as it takes to get you up to 1200 mg. of calcium per day, which is the standard recommendation. Don’t know if the fact that it’s in the form of calcium citrate changes that. Does a yone else?
