Great Billy puppet
Notice other reviews complaining about false advertisement but it says 11 points of articulation not that it says 11 phrases. Articulation means moveable joints. It does have 11 points of articulation and makes sound as advertised. It makes the laughing sound like in the movie. (Billy does not speak in the movies). He can sit but knees do not bend so it will not sit on a small tricycle properly. All and all I am pleased with this purchase.

Bad voice box
I bought this item for my wife's birthday. I received it in great condition but, the box says it has 6 phrases but all it does is laugh. Is it a bad voice box? Did anyone else have this same issue? I'm disappointed for the money I spent on it.
