Electronics Component Fun Kit w/E-Book, Upgraded Electronic Starter Kit with Breadboard Jumper Wires Kit, PCB Soldering Kit, LEDs & Resisitor Kit for Arduino/for Raspberry pi/ESP

I got this kit as my son was showing an interest in electronics after learning about it in school, I got this as a small birthday gift to add to the pile and he absolutely loves this. I didn’t want to buy one of the expensive kid sets which cost twice as much and essentially just come with a light bulb and thought he might as well learn with a kit that has multiple components. A few broken leds later he is utilising the timer chip to make some fun light displays and seems to want to learn and practice with every component available. The only issue we have had is that the power supply button doesn’t stick down very well and requires multiple presses to stick, we have resorted to just unplugging the battery when not in use and we are more than with the rest of this set for it to negatively impact our rating.

Good starter kit. Plenty in it for the price.

This kit seem to come with all the components you would need to start out in electronics. I found the breadboard a little awkward sometimes, but maybe they all are I don’t know, but that is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.

I couldn't at first find the forward voltage or current rating for the LEDs, and how to find this out isn't at all obvious. I eventually discovered the rating in Lesson_2_LED.docx in the suggested Github download. I therefore wouldn't recommend this kit unless you know what you're doing with computers. I have however changed from 2 to 5 stars, but the component ratings (like voltage & current for LEDs, and Wattage for the resistors) should really be printed out and included within the kit imho, and definitely included in the advert!

Bought the electronic fun box pleased with the quality but frustrated with trying to get instructions how to build projects can't use it so thinking to send it back. Why is there no project book.?the w/e book is not available anymore? And signing in to git-hip is a nightmare saying that my E mail address is invalid not connected to a person I'm really fed up.don't buy this if you are a beginner You won't kno where to start.

Documentatie op github is van een ander (uitgebreider) pakket. Tevens is een deel van de documenten geschreven in een oude versie van Word waardoor plaatjes maar deels getoond worden. De documentatie is daardoor nutteloos en daarmee tevens een groot deel van de kit.

Das Set ist sehr umfangreich und ideal für alle, die in die Arduino- oder Elektronik-Welt einsteigen möchten. Alle Bauteile sind ordentlich sortiert und funktionieren einwandfrei. Besonders hilfreich ist das deutschsprachige Tutorial – damit kommt man auch ohne Vorkenntnisse gut zurecht. Perfekt für Hobby-Bastler oder Schülerprojekte. Preis-Leistung top!
