Excellent system and worked exactly as described.
Worked right away with my two Anker speakers that slaved to each other so I have stereo. You’re going to want a longer optical cable to connect your TV to the transmitter FYI. The one included is short, but effective if you don’t need to go far.I think, though, I got lucky because how do you connect otherwise if you can’t choose which Bluetooth connection and you have more than one Bluetooth speaker system. I had to disconnect the two speakers from my phone initially so that they were available to connect to the device. I wonder if it would be so easy if I had multiple devices I was trying to connect like earphones or a headset. I think you would have to turn everything else off in order to make it happen. I’m actually going to upgrade to the digital one so that I’m hoping I might be able to pick and choose in case I want to do more than these two speakers. Excellent system otherwise. Definitely works as described and would be sufficient on its own if your speakers do not have any other competition.

Worked as advertised, comes with everything you need to set it up, (besides the Bluetooth speakers.)
I have had no issues I've managed to connect it to the speakers I wanted.Push first button to pair first, push second button to pair other, actually for the first one I didn't even have to press it, it just worked. If you want more than two speakers you can do what I do and buy speakers that have tws so they pair to themselves first.

Used it for our Outdoor TV
We love to watch TV outside on our back patio - but we did not like that we had to turn the TV volume up so high to be able to hear it outside, I felt like all of our neighbors could hear what we were watching and I didn't want that. That's where this little guy comes in! I was able to hook this up to my TV and connect our bluetooth speakers to this unit, that way we could have the volume however loud each of us needed it to be in order to hear it! It was so easy to get hooked up and connect to our JBL speakers. We sit about 20 feet from the TV while outside so the range seems to be adequate. Signal is strong enough that we don't lose audio even through the walls of the house if we bring our speak inside with us while we get a drink.I will say the unit is a little "big" for my use-case. I had to get some velcro and get creative to mount this to the back of my TV to hide it since the TV is hanging on an exterior wall of my house. May not be a big deal if you have your TV sitting on an entertainment center and just set this down next to the TV. But if you wall-mount. you should take this into consideration.

It works great with the proper paired speaker(s). Very clear sound with nice tone quality.
Works great! You just have to hook it up properly with either RCA jacks included or Optical cord. Some small speakers will not work well or at all. I used a small ANKER stereo speaker and it's great with this transmitter. A perfect match.I turned off the speakers on the VIZIO TV totally because there is a very ,very slight delay and it sounds like reverb if you leave the TV speakers on.

Huzzah! It works.
I was ready to send this thing back till I discovered that there is a secret to using it, and that secret is: don't make it more complicated than it is. Plug it in, plug in your sound source (a ham radio/scanner in my case) put your speaker into pairing mode, and turn the transmitter on. Beautimous. And it seems to have a pretty decent range; I'm sitting in my office, and the remote speaker in the front room is about 40 feet and several walls from here. This will be an important addition to our ARES severe weather gear.

Frequent, consistent connection drops.
The audio quality, latency and range is good, but the unit frequently drops the connection at random. This is especially bad when you first connect a device. Sometime it takes up to 60 seconds of the connection to get established; and then it disconnects again after a few seconds or a few minutes. The transmitter is set up about 8 feet from the receive in line of sight. There are no other signals nearby that could cause interference. I can't recommend this product. I would love to try another version though.
