This thing is great I use it to put in flooring nailing baseboard pretty much anything that I can it’s very durable very comfortable and it’s easy to use

Great product wish I had found it earlier. It really helps to take the weight of your knees during the hours of tiling. Also like having the ability to turn on the spot.

I really like the versatility of this tool. After doing a few tile/grout cleaning and color seal jobs it was clear I needed some help, and this tool has proven to be a great addition. I love the fact that I no longer have to put knee pads on, and instead can simply jump into the Racatac since it has it's own built in knee pads. I have a part time assistant who at first wasn't sure he liked the tool, but now we seem to be fighting over who will use it...lol, needless to say I suspect I will be looking to purchase another one of these for our team. There was also a good tip I found when I was doing research on the product; when doing color seal jobs they recommended wrapping a piece of green frogs tape on each of the wheels, then once the job is completed just peel off the tape and this way you will always keep the wheels free of color seal, etc...

I purchased this as a gift for my father (approaching 60). He has been a Mechanic longer than I have been alive and loves to restore old cars but couldn't do much brake work any more because his body hurt too much. He loves it and uses it all the time for various tasks that require kneeling. (The grand kids have a good time with it as well). Great product and I have recommended it to several people I know with back and knee problems.

Love it. Used it to install flooring

The design of this item is unsafe. If you not extremely careful, it will tip backwards and you will fall. This happened with several people who tried it using it on a smooth, hard surface. No where in the Amazon product description is there a warning of the possibility of falling over. It is not until you open the box that you see the warning. I returned the unit. In spite of the neglect in the description of this issue, the seller still charged a 15% restocking fee. The RMA showed omissions/errors in the description as a reason to not charge a restocking fee. You need to kneel into it to use it. Once you are in, it is comfortable, however, if you want to roll around, you need to remove one knee and use a foot to roll. This is where you can inadvertently lean back and fall over. It tips over backwards, so you risk hitting your head. While it can save your knees, don't lean back.

This thing is very comfortable. I wish I had it when I laid all the hardwood floors in my house. It makes working on the floor much easier and more comfortable.

After some fixing some major design issues on the back its much better. For the price of over 350 bucks for chest and dolly I would expect sitting on a cloud. I had to add padding to back as a combination of the sharp metal frame and tool tray digs into my legs. This is not something that should have been overlooked ad some well designed pads could bc very easily added when it's made. If this issue were fixed I would give it another star. 5 stars would not happen due to the high price. It does roll nicely and with adjustable chest I can feel the difference in my back already with first 2 rows of flooring done. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for one job due to price but definitely better then knee pads by a long shot.
