Super Deluxe Treadmill Care Kit

Arrived on time and as expected. Works great for maintenance of my treadmill.

Everything needed for some basic care of a treadmill. I don't foresee the applicator wand lasting long, and a second one to be used with only the cleaning solution would be nice (rather than the same wand for cleaning and lubricating). Plenty of silicon lube included, and the single-outlet surge protector was a nice addition.

This is a good product. I've used it before. But this shipment arrived with a leak of the cleaning solution (half a bottle) that soaked the invoice and instructions that was wrapped around it.

I wouldn't purchase this product again, or recommend it to anyone else either. However, I raised the quality problem of the product relative to the price to the company and they did take action that leads me to believe they're a good company that wants to do the right thing by their customers. However, I think they should discontinue this particular product and try to find something of better quality as the price for this is way too high. They have a price of I think 30.00 and in my opinion it's worth about maybe 10.00.

I was having a problem with my treadmill, it was shutting down after about 30 min. of workouts. I could not find much help on the internet, but I did find one place where it said the friction was shutting down the motor as a safety precaution. It was frustrating because I could only work out for about 25 - 30 minutes at a time and then would have to wait for about 5-10 minutes and go for another several minutes.I was skeptical about this product fixing my problem. I purchased the item and cleaned and lubricated my treadmill really thoroughly. I let the treadmill run by itself for about 10 min. and then tried to workout. Once again, it stopped after about 30 minutes of use. I then let the treadmill run for about an hour without being on it. The treadmill did not stop. So I decided to do another workout. I excercised for about 1hr and 20minutes and the treadmill worked fine. The next day I worked out for about 1 hr and 10 minutes and the treadmill worked perfectly.This product seems to have solved my problem. I'm pleased I purchased the item. It company wanted to charge me $130 for a service call but I was able to fix it myself with the help of this product.

It is a good idea but i think the carton is more valuable then its contents.Didn't see any real improvement/benefit after use.Over priced.

The surge protector looks like it was made in the 90's, and the applicator was just two strips of foam cheaply glued to plastic... unfortunately it looks like all other options to get an applicator for a treadmill are overpriced as well.
