So easy to use and great for more than just cameras
I just put in an order for more of these. I used one for a camera and mounted it on a tree branch. I like the fact that these just screw into the back of the camera and allow you to use any skin you want. So I used a camouflage cover for the one in the tree. I also discovered that the screw on the base is universal and worked just fine on the 3rd party solar panels I bought. So I set up one solar panel on the base like a typical tripod (not bending or shaping the base's legs at all, just spreading them so that the solar panel pointed up at the sun.) The other solar panel is mounted at the base of one of our house-mounted exterior lanterns. The twisting legs are able to really make the mounting feel secure. I did have one issue at first where I was really playing around with the legs of the first base I'd unpacked. One of the three legs detached and came out. I just used some of my E6000 glue (a very secure glue I always have on hand) and shoved it back in there. After that I didn't treat it quite like a toy and that's the only leg that has detached on me.

Versatile and solid.
I love these little mounts. I’ve had two installed for a couple years holding wireless (Eufy 2C) security cams in trees (for the record, that is pine sap in the picture, not bird “waste”), and also use one as a table top tripod. They are holding up well and tolerate adjustments. Can’t speak to their durability if you were installing/de-installing daily, like for photo gear etc. Note, there has been some separating of the plastic covering (as shown), but it is not affecting function.

nice tripod
the tripod legs are not very long...only about 5 inches. ok to wrap around smaller poles or articles.

Exactly The Type Of Camera Gadget That I Was Looking For
This is exactly the type of camera mounting wrap around gadget that I was looking! I needed this to use with my Arlo HD (1st generation) camera in my backyard. I was using the magnetic camera base on my house but I just could not seem to get a good camera position. I searched Amazon and found this wrap around gadget with 3 wrap around arms. I was going to mount the camera on a thin metal pole, but it works great mounted in one of my outdoor plants, and it is more stealthy! The gadget screws into the bottom of the Arlo camera and can be mounted anywhere. Product seems to be of good quality too!

Does the job but legs should be longer if you need to wrap around poles with larger diameters.
It does the job but legs are too short to wrap around "poles" with larger diameters or square poles with 1-1.5 inch sides. If the legs are longer (ie, 12 inches) then it would be more stable on the wrap around with more mounting options such as having it higher on the pole or better angles. Update #1: After about 3 month of use, there is extensive wear on the mount. The legs are definitely too short to be useful. I have replace it with a longer Flexible Twist Mount (about 16 inches): https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GLMTX5M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This mount hold the camera better but still could be longer. If both have legs that about about 24 inches then the mount location will be flexible as this is limited to certain diameters.

Decent Product - Had to replace one
It’s an ok product. The quality is just alright. We had one arrive that as soon as I moved the leg the leg broke off. Not the greatest of quality but met our needs for the two in the long run. Value is probably about right. Can only expect so much from a product at this price.

They work
They work! I used this and a protective “skin” to mount an Arlo camera in the backyard shrubbery to monitory the kids and dogs at play. Can be easily moved as needed.
