The 3/8" barb is not removable. It is forged in with the valve.

Q: I need to replace my wand, Would this be okay to use on a bleach sprayer?

Household bleach should be fine going thru.

Q: What fitting would I need to add a 45 degree on wand and reattach the nozzle if possible ?

Two 45 degree elbows and a close nipple.
