Good quality
Just the right size for planting seedlings on, and when large enough to plant out, because the pots are biodegradable they can go straight into the garden without disturbing the plant's roots.

Excellent for planting single seeds into the soil
I was pleased with the size. You can sow a couple of seeds then prick out the weaker. I tend to use them for plants that should be sown directly into the growing position. I grow the seedlings on in the greenhouse , harden off and then use a potato planter to make a hole big enough to plant the fibre pot. The only downside is separating the pots to use them.

Fibre germination pots.
Excellent product for the price. Easy to use, amazing for starting seedlings. Highly recommended.

Very useful for potting on
Very difficult to separate until you realise that they are very sturdy and can be twisted without damage. They do dry out sickly as the fiber seems to wick moisture away. More watering needed than with plastic pots

Decent product
The product is as advertised and not as difficult to separate as other reviews make out. However , giving three stars as they absolutely stink, if planning to use for indoor nursery stock like I am, would not recommend!

No problem
As expected, good value and fit for purpose.

hold their shape
These are much better than the paper ones that collapse. They still do a great job and let the seeds germinate or the plugs grow on and roots grow through, but you don't end up with a collapsed pile of compost.

Great pots for seedlings
These pots are brilliant for potting on seedlings once seedlings have grown strong enough you can plant them directly into the earth

I put soil and a small starter, or seed, in the cup and set it on my kitchen table. The seeds grow into plants and i dig a hole, set the pot in the hole, and the pot disintegrates in the dirt. My garden looks great. The plants I allowed to grow in the pots before transplanting them are doing wonderfully. The plants I planted outside too early, when the plants were too young, are dead. I wish I had thought of using these years ago.

Good pots for seed starting however they develop an off odor when they get wet. Did not seem to degrade as quick as I would expect.

These pots are just sturdy enough for 5 months of moisture for seed starting but yields readily to roots. I wanted something with no disturbance like ripping the bottom off and these just go right in the ground or larger pots. More mold resistant than peat pots, sturdier than coir. I started that tomato in Jan and the photo is from April. Roots are penetrating but it doesnt seem to be bothering the plant at all. I will be using these pots for all my seeds going forward.

I specifically was looking for a peat free product-it took a bit of research. I love these pots - will order more and order for friends! Thank you.

I think what I didn’t like most about these were that they were pretty hard to get apart. When you’re doing 70+ seedlings at once, that can get pretty annoying very fast!
